How to Delete Your Account

If you wish to delete your WigglePet account and all associated data, please follow these steps:

Option 1: Delete from the App

1. Open the WigglePet app
2. Go to Settings (gear icon)
3. Scroll down to "Account"
4. Tap "Delete Account"
5. Confirm your request

Option 2: Email Request

Send an email to support@wigglepet.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and include:

• The email address associated with your account
• Confirmation that you want to delete your account

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Your account information (email, name)
• All pet profiles and profile images
• All AI-generated images and videos
• Your content gallery
• Public content you've shared
• Likes and favorites

Note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please make sure to download any content you want to keep before requesting deletion. Your data will be deleted within 30 days of your request.

Cancel Subscription First

If you have an active subscription, please cancel it through your App Store or Google Play settings before deleting your account. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription.
