Is WigglePet free?
WigglePet is free to download on iOS and Android and comes with a free image trial, so you can create AI images of your pet before you subscribe. Video generation is included in paid plans.
What do WigglePet paid plans include?
Paid plans include unlimited image and sticker generation, video generation credits (the number of credits depends on the plan), and room for more pet profiles.
How much does WigglePet cost?
Prices are shown in the app before you subscribe and vary by country and plan. Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play.
How do I cancel my WigglePet subscription?
We're sorry to see you go, and we completely understand. Because your subscription was purchased through the App Store or Google Play, Apple and Google handle all billing, and they don't allow us to cancel or change subscriptions on your behalf. The good news: it only takes about 30 seconds.
On iPhone or iPad: open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose WigglePet and tap Cancel Subscription.
On Android: open the Google Play Store, tap your profile icon, tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, choose WigglePet and tap Cancel subscription.
You can keep using your plan until the end of your current billing period. And if anything gets stuck, email us at [email protected]. We're happy to help and we'll get back to you quickly.
Creating videos and images
How long does it take to make a video?
Most videos are ready in 1 to 3 minutes, about 2 minutes on average. The exact time depends on the type of video and its length.
Does WigglePet work with any pet?
Yes. WigglePet works with dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, birds, horses, ferrets and more. Results depend on the photo: a clear, well-lit photo where your pet is easy to see works best.
How is WigglePet different from other pet video apps?
Most pet video apps only animate the mouth on a still photo. WigglePet animates the whole pet, including body, head, ears and tail, so your pet can dance, sing and talk. It remembers each pet in a pet profile, offers ready-made speech templates for every occasion, and also lets you describe any scene in your own words.
Which languages does WigglePet support?
The WigglePet app is available in 27 languages.
Ownership and privacy
Are WigglePet videos and images watermarked?
No. Videos and images made with WigglePet have no watermark.
Can I use my WigglePet videos commercially?
Yes. Everything you create with WigglePet belongs to you, and you can use your videos and images however you like, including commercially, for example in ads or as a brand mascot.
What happens to my pet photos?
Your pet photos are private. Once WigglePet has created your pet profile picture, the original photo you uploaded is deleted. Your photos are never used to train AI models or for any other purpose. See the privacy policy for details.
