How to Put Your Logo on Your Pet: Branded Pet Photos and Fun Logo Videos (2026)

WigglePet Team

A dog in a hoodie with your café’s logo on it, telling followers about the new seasonal latte. A cat in a jersey with your friend’s name across the chest, singing happy birthday. Both used to need a custom print order, a very patient animal and a camera. Now they need one photo.

This guide covers how to put a logo or text on your pet with AI, which items actually show a logo well, how to keep lettering readable, and the video formats that make branded pet content worth watching.

The short answer

In WigglePet, use the Accessory feature:

  1. Upload a clear photo of your pet (any pet: dog, cat, rabbit, bird and more).
  2. Pick an item: a hoodie, t-shirt, sweater, jersey, bandana, cap, beanie, bucket hat, bow tie or collar tag.
  3. Choose the item color and the text color.
  4. Type your text, or upload a logo you own or are licensed to use.
  5. Make photos, and switch the accessory on for talking, singing, dancing or vlog videos. You can also set it as your default so every video includes it.

The item is generated around your pet, so it fits their body and moves with them. Accessories are included for WigglePet subscribers at no extra cost.

Which item shows a logo best

We generated the same four designs (a detailed circular logo, a short name, a 15-character business name and a Japanese café name) on ten items, on both a Golden Retriever and a Maine Coon. The pattern was clear.

ItemDetailed logoShort nameLonger text (~15 characters)
Hoodie, t-shirt, sweater, jerseyExcellentExcellentGood
BandanaExcellentExcellentGood
Cap, beanie, bucket hatSimplifiedExcellentExcellent
Bow tie, collar tagSimplifiedExcellentExcellent

What that means in practice:

  • Detailed logos need a large surface. A circular badge with small lettering around the edge came out crisp on hoodies, tees, sweaters, jerseys and bandanas. On a cap front or a collar tag there simply isn’t room, and fine detail gets simplified.
  • Hats are made for words. A business name like SUNNY PAWS CAFE fit cleanly across caps and beanies, and a hat keeps the name right beside the face in every close-up.
  • Names work everywhere. A short name read well on all ten items, down to the bow tie.
  • Non-Latin text is fine. The Japanese name しっぽカフェ rendered cleanly on t-shirts, sweaters, hats and tags, which is exactly where general-purpose image tools tend to garble lettering.

If your logo has a simple icon version (a mark without the wordmark), use it on small items and save the full badge for clothing.

Keeping text readable

  • Short beats clever. A name, or a brand name of two or three words. Put the slogan in the caption.
  • Contrast. Cream on forest green, white on burgundy, dark brown on beige. Low-contrast pairs disappear once the pet starts moving.
  • Match the item to the video. For a talking-to-camera clip, a cap or bandana keeps the text in frame. For a dance, a hoodie or jersey gives the logo the biggest area.
  • Stay consistent. The same item, colors and logo in every video is what turns “a pet in a shirt” into a mascot people recognise.

Branded pet videos work when they feel like pet content first and brand content second. These formats are quick to make and easy to repeat:

  1. The mascot introduction. Your pet in the logo hoodie, talking to camera: “Hi, I’m Milo, head of quality control at Barkwell Roastery.”
  2. The announcement. A new product, flavor, location or opening hours, delivered by your pet.
  3. The trend dance. A branded jersey plus a dance trend. The logo is on screen the whole time with no overlay.
  4. The shop tour vlog. A selfie-style pet vlog filmed around your store, studio or salon.
  5. The thank-you. “Thanks for 1,000 followers” or “see you Saturday” for Stories.
  6. The birthday shout-out. Not only for brands: put a friend’s name on your dog and have it sing happy birthday.

Fun, not only business

Plenty of people use the feature with no brand at all:

  • Your pet’s own name on a bandana or collar tag
  • A friend’s name on a hoodie as a birthday surprise
  • Nicknames like “Chief Nap Officer” or “Security”
  • Matching family or dog-park-group jerseys

Rights and expectations

  • Use logos you have rights to. Your own business, your own merch, or a brand that has licensed you. WigglePet does not provide third-party brand logos, so a sports team or a big brand’s logo isn’t something to upload unless you are licensed.
  • It is not a physical product. The clothing exists only in the generated photos and videos. Nothing is printed or shipped.

FAQ

What app can put my logo on my dog? WigglePet. Its Accessory feature puts your uploaded logo or text on a hoodie, t-shirt, jersey, bandana, cap, collar tag and more, worn by your own pet in AI photos and videos.

Can I make a video of my cat wearing my brand? Yes. The Accessory feature works for any pet, and your cat keeps the branded item on in talking, singing, dancing and vlog videos when the accessory is switched on.

Why does AI mess up text on clothing? General image models often struggle with small lettering. You get the most reliable results by keeping text short, using high contrast, and putting detailed logos on large items like hoodies and t-shirts instead of caps or tags.

Can I choose colors? Yes. You pick both the item color and the text color.

See every option on the custom pet clothing page.
